We’ll bill your insurance as a courtesy. Here’s who we work with and what to expect.

We’re not an in-network provider for Cigna, IHC Share or Health Choice Network (the Medicaid plan for Timpanogos Hospital). For plans we accept, you’ll always receive the same coverage as if you’d gone to the hospital.
How billing works
Preferred Source Physician Billing bills your insurance on your behalf. Please verify your coverage before your visit. If the billing information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, contact the billing service with the correct details. If your insurance denies the claim, please confirm with them that it was processed correctly.
Your ultrasound is interpreted by a radiologist, and your bill includes that fee.
